About Lenexa

Originally bought from the Shawnee Tribes in 1867, Lenexa was established in 1869 and has one of the richest histories of in all of Kansas. The 'Old Town' part of Lenexa is still very much alive and holds multiple festivals every year to celebrate the city and it's history. This helps maintain the small town community feel which is important because Lenexa has grown quite large over the years!
