Small and full of charm, Mission Woods sits a block from the Kansas / Missouri state line.  Comprised of around 180 residents who reside in 80 home about 25 of which back-up to the Mission Hills Country Club private golf course. The city ses it's neighbor city of Westwood as a main resource for all local government and other city resources. Because of it's prime location residents of Mission Woods rarely decide to move. Only one sale was recorded in 2017 and four in 2016. The average of those sales was $573,000 however, it is worth noting that 3 of the sales were below $340,000 and two were between $800,000 - $1,100,000.
