About Westwood Hills

Westwood Hills was established in 1949 with it's neighbor city of Westwood. It is only about 1/4 the size of Westwood at a total of 0.07 square miles. Westwood hills spans from State line to Rainbow blvd. and from 50th terrace to 48th terrace. Surprisingly this city of just 360 residents and 175 homes sees a good amount of real estate activity. In 2016 there were 12 sales and 11 more in 2017, the average price of these homes was $396,000 (23).
